As a USEF-Licensed competition, Brandywine must operate in accordance with the USEF COVID-19 Action Plan. This plan is based on federal, state and local regulations, WHO recommendations, CDC guidelines, and USEF requirements. View full plan HERE and the Action Plan FAQs HERE.
The following COVID-19 guidelines must be adhered to while competing or attending the Brandywine Horse Shows. Additionally, all Federal, State, and local laws that may be applicable must be followed. These laws are subject to change and are out of the control of the Organizing Committee (OC). The OC reserves the right to change the guidelines below as needed, when/if it becomes necessary. Failure to follow guidelines by anyone in attendance may result in their immediate disqualification and elimination from the Brandywine Horse Shows, as well as sanctions from the governing bodies of our sport. No refunds will be provided to anyone disqualified for failure to follow these guidelines.
If you are competing at Brandywine or are one of their essential support staff, an official, volunteer, or staff member, you must be able to assure the OC that neither you nor anyone in your household:
Anyone answering YES to ANY of the above questions is NOT permitted to compete or attend the Brandywine Horse Shows. Additionally, anyone answering YES should contact the appropriate member of the OC to notify them of their condition.
Exhibitors, please note you will receive an email from Show Management System that will give you a link to digitally sign and submit your USEF waiver. All owners, riders, and trainers must submit a signed waiver before arriving at the show grounds.
